“I have been attending Patricia’s yoga classes since 2013. I had no previous yoga experience but have thoroughly enjoyed the classes and the physical / mental benefits that have come with it.
Patricia is a wonderful teacher, explanations and demonstrations are very clear.
As a teacher, Patricia manages to provide a class that caters to many different levels of experience, classes are always challenging and original without becoming routine.
Personally, I feel that in these yoga classes I have found something I will continue for the rest of my life.
I feel physically far better than I have for years.
It is also a form of exercise that constantly evolves, so much better than routinely joining and quitting gyms that are too boring to go to.
The classes also teach you to focus and mentally detach from the details of your everyday life. Yoga provides a healthy balance to the rest of my week”.Kim Lodge
“I started as a beginner to yoga and have definitely felt the benefits over the few months I have been attending Patricia’s classes.
Her attention to detail on each pose and variety of approaches both to each asana and the classes as a whole have kept the classes fresh and challenging, while giving a genuine sense of progression.
She is a great teacher and I have walked out of every class feeling refreshed, aware and relaxed!”David Pickup
“I have attended the pregnancy yoga class with Patricia throughout the third trimester of my pregnancy.
The classes were a calm and tranquil retreat in my hectic, working pregnancy.
After each class I would leave relaxed and connected with my baby.
I learned how to better focus on breathing which was of great support during labour.
From the very start, Patricia introduced an extremely friendly and warm environment where I felt completely safe and confident, with well paced exercises adjusted for my stage of pregnancy and a fantastic relaxation session at the end.
Patricia is a great teacher and I would highly recommend the class to every mom-to-be”.Weronika Makowska
“I found the pregnancy yoga classes with Patricia very helpful.
I especially enjoyed the focus on the breathing techniques which I replicated during labour and was invaluable.
I also liked the focus on pelvic floor exercises.
I used to look forward to Tuesday evening yoga classes as it was a real treat and time invested for myself and the baby to connect after a hard day at work.
A bonus was the guaranteed good night sleep that always pursued after yoga session”.Tasma Hersi
