The classes are based on the legendary Master Sri Dharma Mittra’s 50 years of strong yet graceful classical Hatha-Raja yoga practice.
They have a warm and friendly environment and a good mix of exercise (Asana), meditation and breathing (Pranayama).

The body responds very well to these poses. You’ll be surprised by how rapidly you progress, making you feel amazing.

Postnatal yoga classes are a great way to get back into shape without needing a babysitter. Suitable from 6 weeks after the baby’s birth right up until your baby starts crawling. Open to all levels, the focus is on building core strength, rediscovering the pelvic floor and energising the back, shoulders and chest, all in the company of your baby. Bring your little one along for some parent-baby bonding and be part of a yoga community of new parents.
